cycle: problem with pause
in Using jQuery Plugins

seems like a simple thing and cycle is so good it must work. But this doesn't work for pause on hover:
- $('.slides li:first').fadeIn(500, function() {
- $('.slides').before('<div class="pager">').cycle({
- fx: 'fade',
- speed: 1000,
- pause: true,
- pauseOnPagerHover: true,
- pager: 'div.pager',
- pagerEvent: 'mouseover',
- after: ssAfter
- });
- });
Everything works but the pause on hover. I've tried taking out all the pager stuff, but that had no effect. It does pause over the pager, which are positioned over the image. Anybody see what I might be doing wrong?
