cycle2: How to change the side navigation button into next and previous thumbnail images?

Hi i am replacing the cycle plugin with the cycle2 plugin. But in the cycle 2 plugin there is only arrow buttons for the navigation. I need the next and previous thumbnail images instead of the buttons as like in the cycle plugin.

I have tried with the carousal pager, but not able to get.. Any help? thanks in advance..

http://jquery.malsup.com/cycle2/demo/basic.php (last demo) uses links. You could put images in there with appropriate css to put them anywhere

Thankyou jakecigar, Actually i need the jquery function to provide the next and previous images dynamically when i click on any image.

Concept is like this only. I need the prev,next images instead of arrow mark buttons.

Now i am using http://jquery.malsup.com/cycle2/demo/caro-pager.php

In this all the images are sliding below.But i need only the previous and next image.

For Example: when i click the 2nd image in the above effect, i want the the 1st image as prev image in left side and 3rd image as next image in the right side. Like wise it should change dynamically.

Like this one? http://jquery.malsup.com/cycle2/demo/pager.php#adv-custom only use larger thumbs.

You can combine different options to make it just the way you want it!
