Date picker wired in IE8 but works like a charm on other browsers

Hello guys !
I'm using chrome to develop my websites , and I have to use 2 date pickers , specially the date range ones .
I'm using the display of 2 months .
In chrome , my website is working like a charm , but when i tried it in IE8 , the aspect of the datepicker popup is wired . Instead of displaying one months at the left and one at the right , my months are displayed one above the other . the first month is twice bigger than normal and is hiding half of my website .
Since my code is working on chrome and Firefox , I think that the problem is coming from IE8.
Any idea on how to fix this ? txs
