Dialog

I'm trying to create a popup dialog for a webapp, however, the default dialog behavior is not the kind I need,

I'm looking for something that will act more like the selectmenu list behavior - middle positioning, darkening the page, and showing a small modal page on top of it (not opening a new page like what happens where

data-role="dialog"

Anyone?

You might want to check out simple dialog, based on jQM:

Hey Todd,

Thanks for the quick reply!

I've already tried simple dialog before I posted my question here, it works good while using a browser but when it comes to a mobile device (small screen resolution to be exact) it just mimics jQM's default dialog (opening a new page).

What I'm looking for is the same mechanism that the selectmenu is using ( in short lists, not the case where it

opens a huge page with an enormous list

)
