Hi,

I am trying to use jquery modal :

I copied the source code of the this link :

http://jqueryui.com/dialog/#modal-form

I don't understand why the button got overwritten from my style to Jquery Dialog style :

The button "CREATE RENAME RULE TYPE" should look green like the other one, but it does not :

If you want that color green on ALL your buttons you should use ThemeRoller | jQuery UI to build your CSS. Otherwise you could use a more specific selector.

Make a demo on jsfiddle instead of pasting pictures that don’t match the link.

When you call .button() you get a jQuery UI button instead of your HTML/CSS button.

http://jsfiddle.net/m2LLwvzx/3/ does not use a UI button.

I don't want to use a UI button.

I noticed that when my page load it's green (using my style) untl it execute this :

Then it change to UI button.

why line 275 got executed since nobody clicked the button yet ?

Right! that’s why I got ride of the .button() call.

I did not notice that you removed .button() until now, now it's working fine.

May I ask another question,

I noticed that the close button in top right of the form is misplaced little bit :

You probably have the wrong CSS for that version of UI

I have this jquery css ui :

it does not show what version.

And for js I have :

Hi,

I just downloaded and used :

jquery-1.10.2.js

jquery-ui-1.10.4.custom.js

jquery-ui-1.10.4.custom.css

But Mt datatable lost its header, and the modal form now is visible.

Then you need to get datatable latest css which supports jquery-ui-1.10.4

Is it possible your browser is using an old cached CSS file? Clear cache, or try a different browser or machine.

I got it working now, just did put the new images .

I have another question, all the time I have to login in jquery forum, then go to my phone get the new number sent to me, put it in the form to login again, is there anyway I will stay login all the time ?

I’ve never seen that I log in to the forum and check the "keep me logged in" box. It lasts about a week.
