Drag to scroll plugin?

Just curious if anyone has seen a "Drag to Scroll" Plugin.
AKA, a user has a list of pictures in a div, one of those
pictures is focus/viewable, to move to the next/previous
picture, user needs to click/hold the picture and flick left
or right to move to the next. I see stuff like this in mobile
applications etc, but cannot remember seeing this on the
web.
Does anyone know anything worth sharing? Thanks!
