draggable & droppable with helper problem

Hello.I'm using a helper in a draggable element.I'm using cursorAt to put the helper top:100 pixels.
The problem is that droppable works with the helper and not the cursor.
So If i want to drop something i have to drop the helper.But i want to use the cursor.
Any ideas please?
