Draggable + IE7

When I load this page in IE7 http://stijn.web.shphosting.com/test/
then I can drag the green box. But when I make the window height
smaller until I won't see the box and then refresh, then the handeling
of the box is rubbish.
How can I fix it, that it will work in IE7?
