Effects Not Working on Windows Phone

Hi,
I created a simple site to test on WP7 device (HTC Mozart). At first it wasn't showing it properly (very low size text). I searched on forum and its rendering fine now (by setting viewport size).
However, effects (like while changing pages, loading pages, page transitions) are not working. Any solution?

For the moment WP7 phones are using IE 7 CSS rendering engine, which doesn't support CSS3 transitions, that's why there is no effect.

But, by the end of the year, WP7 will update his browser to IE9, and then, and only then, many things will be rendered in a better way, even if it still won't be perfect...

Well, If I've four pages, if I move from first page to second page (or from first to last), the animation (loading dialog with icon) appears. However, for all other pages (from second to third or in any sequence) page reloads, rather than showing that animation and loading pages asynchronously. I think, this should work for all pages.
