Error after upgrade to jQuery 1.5 in $('img[src$=new.png]').

After I upgrade to jQuery.1.5 (1.4 before), I received this error in my code:

uncaught exception: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [src$=new.png]
The comlete Line is:
- $('img[src$=new.png]').each(function(){
I haven't found anything about this in the documentation of Version 1.5.
Hope somebody can Help!?
