Fancybox not firing from google map info bubble IE with live
in Using jQuery

I am having no luck figuring this out...I am really hoping someone has done something like this or might have an idea for me to try to resolve this issue.
I have a google map with rental properties. When the info bubble comes up there is a link it that should trigger fancybox to open and display the rental property information. Works in FF and Chrome...not in IE.
Does anyone have a solution I can try to fix this?

I have an alert in the code after the line with the .live so you can see that with other browsers it makes it in, however with IE it doesn't. ANY help would be GREATLY apprecited!
