Has anyone else had performance issues with "tapping"? Does it seem slow? Before switching to jquery mobile, we were using jqtouch. There was an interesting post a while back where he discussed the 300ms delay of safari and other webkit browser.

I do feel that query mobile seems slower than jqtouch.
