File / folder explorer select

Hello all,

I am new to jquery and heve searched a lot, but i can't findt it. I am search for a file/folder browser. What i wan't to do is:

I have a form where you have to select a folder or file from the server the script has to put the selected file/folder in the formfield. does some one know a plugin for it ???
