Fixed footer doesn't work on windows phone 7

i have to make a fixed footer toolbar, i found this example:

and it is great but it doesn't work on ie windows phone 7...
there is a way to fix it and making it working on wp7 too?

Can you give an example of what doesn't work? Did you copy the page? Can I see your code? I'm not sure, but I think it should be supported. It might be a problem with something unrelated to the footer code as well.

Post all the code if possible :).
Post the <head> of the document
Try to re-create it. A great way to do this is to use jsfiddle.net

i hope the demo code is right.. anyway it doesn't work with wp7...
