Menu with .scroll(function(e)) problem
in Using jQuery

Hi,
I'm a really newbie in jQuery, but I want a menu that works like the scrollable bar in this fiddle: http://jsfiddle.net/virendrachandak/ztrNh/embedded/result
So I used the code from that fiddle in my website, but it doesnt quite work...

So you see the problem here is that, 1. its not placed in the right spot and 2. it doesnt stick to the top like the scrollable bar in the other fiddle does.
The menu should be placed in the white spot under the tab: 
Illustration of where the menubar should be placed.
I would really appreciate some help! ;)
