Form inside dialog

Hi There,
I have some ui tabs, one of the UI tabs contains a table. The table has links that open a separate PHP based edit form inside a UI dialogue.
I want to use some plugins and UI elements in the form, whilst the form appears to work ok I can't get the plugins working in the dialogue. Do I have to include all of the UI scripts etc in the dialogue form?
I can provide access to test site if that would help.
*note, I have spent a couple of days trying to figure this out with the docs, the forum and various google searches.
