Have users been given the option to choose their translation yet - or to not have it translated at all?

Why German language Its happen to every if you don't know the meaning  of words . Its always hard to translate languages weather any language .

I am still facing problem to translate and your too is not working properly ,please check it again because there something major problem in you tool .
