Of course when the page initially loads the header takes up the size of the screen, but the user is able to scroll to the right since the image is larger. So I am hoping to have it so they can zoom out/pan right and have the header stay in the same position.

Neither of the data-position= attributes seem to be what I want to do here so I am hoping there is just a known solution that I somehow missed, or somebody has found good workaround.
