It's unlikely anybody here knows. Did you ask on Meteor support groups?

It doesn't seem a very attractive option to me, though. JQM 1.4 is aging and starting to break. JQM 1.5 is finally in alpha, but probably quite a way from release yet. It would be a risky move... for what?

I'd guess it would take a LOT of work.

A quick search finds only failed attempts, going back to 2014.

I have a project in version 1.4 of Meteor, and I need to implement JQM. But I do not know how to do it
