hide fixed footer while scrolling

in jQuery Mobile • 11 years ago

I'd like to use a fixed footer like the one shown in this demo. However, I'd like to modify it so that it's hidden when a user scrolls up. As-is the footer scrolls up with the content until the user lets go of the screen (then it repositions itself at the bottom of the page). Does anyone know how I could toggle the footer so that it doesn't display during the scroll?
