Hide the "X" buton of a dialog window

How can I hide the X button of a dialog window, which is in the right-top corner of it?? ..

Or in other case ... How can I implement this kind of loading window in my applications??

How can I hide the dialog after certain time after it's opened ?? ...like a "loading" window that appears and disappears when the page is loaded
