How do load an external page into iframe and create overlap on top of certain element of that external page?

I'd like to load an external page into my iframe, once page is loaded, I'd like to to search certain element on that page and create a overlay on top of that element. Would it be possible?

NO.

External iframes are protected by browser security unless you can get the external iframe to add code to allow it.
