How to add a regular link in Superfish Navbar

Hi,

Sorry if this is a newbie question but I'm having trouble finding out how to add a regular link in the Superfish navbar.

I've got the navbar successfully added in osCommerce v2.3.3 but I can't seem to figure out how to add a plain regular link. Any help would be appreciated.
