just attach blur event handler and it will work like

1. $( "#tags" ).autocomplete({
2.       source: availableTags
3.     }).on('blur', function(){
4.           alert($(this).val());
5.     });

but i have to invalid the data if the data is unavailable.i can write the code by use change function in autocomplete code,but i don't no how to write blur in autocomplete code.

What you want to do, i am not clear about

If you can clear this then we can try something else

if i was entered incorrect data in the input text field(that was not there in the autocomplete search data.) then message will appear invalid data.

i need conditions for that.

i tried by using change,its working only one time when we click on text box next time its not working.

then you can use autocomplete's response event, response events fires after search complete. In response event you can check your search response and show the necessary messages.

But we handled same from the server itself , on server we check the count of matching element and if its zero then we returned "No Match Found" text as search result of autocomplete so user can see this one as response and change the search criteria
