How to Calculate DURATION with DATEPICKER

Hi
I am creating a flights/hotel itinerary and I have come to the stage where I need to find out the duration of a customers stay at their chosen hotel in order to calculate the number of nights price at the hotel

I am aiming to use javascript for this
