How to display several most popular values in jquery ui combobox and support autocomplete at the same time?

I need to have jquery ui autocomplete combobox with remote data sourcing. I would like to add to the combobox a few most popular values (see picture below, on the top). So user will either choose the value from the combobox or will start to input something and then autocomplete will work (picture below, on the bottom). How can I do the same?
