How to display several most popular values in jquery ui combobox and support autocomplete at the same time?

I need to have jquery ui autocomplete combobox with remote data sourcing. I would like to add to the combobox a few most popular values. So user will either choose the value from the combobox or will start to input something and then autocomplete will work. How can I do the same?
