how to fadein text and fadeout video after video ends

Hi,

I'm trying to fadein the text, which is a link, and fadeout the fullscreen video at the end of the video. You can checkout my code here: http://codepen.io/dl157/pen/azBvRE.

Can someone please take a look and recommend how I can change it to make it work? I really appreciate the help.
