Hello guys, okay?

I wonder how I do to show a floater that within a inframe on my site but that floater appear on any website and not only within the iframe?

I am sending a sample in fiddle floater (code).

Remember that this code will stay within a ifram within my site, and when the person clicks on the link on the floater appear throughout the site and not only within the iframe. Is it possible? If so, how?
