How to make content appear below a drop down selector?

Hey guys,
New to the forms so please be kind if this has already been mentioned as i could not find it anywhere.
Basically i am looking to have a drop down list and once you select one of the options in there, underneath the drop down list a form or content will appear that is relevent to the selected item...
Might not bee 100% clear but basically just need a list to load content below it using JQuery for mobile use please.
