Essentially, when I click on a sub-menu item, I need to be able to find the element on the page with an id that matches the url's hash fragment (e.g. hyyp://essiele-test-website.go/jq-test#how-to-do-it), then apply a margin-top CSS rule to that element. The header is fixed and I can't figure out how to get each anchor point to fall below the fixed header (as opposed to the top of the window, behind the header).
