How to register on docs.jquery.com ?

Hello,

I tried to create an account on http://docs.jquery.com but it was not possible..

on the left side at the bottom you can see PERSONAL TOOLS Log in / create account

but after clicking on it there is no way to create an account...does anybody have an idee how to do this?
