I created one process in Jquery, I want to make it as plugin

Anyone knows that? How to create a jquery plugin?

Not every process needs to be a plugin. A function is a good way to go as well.
How to Create a Basic Plugin | jQuery Learning Center explains it, as do thousands of other pages on the net.

Yes you are correct. My concept is like, If I call a function means, the process which I did it need to executive. It is possible to do? I tried using function(), its not working.

I have no idea what your problem is. function() is not valid javaScript.
Make a demo of your page. Use https://jsfiddle.net and we might understand what the problem is.

You didn't include jQuery or jQuery Mobile in your Fiddle. You should spend some time to learn jsfiddle. You can load jQuery and jQuery UI from a CDN. You use "external resources" in the sidebar on the left.

Add jQuery and jQuery UI to the Fiddle. Learn to use jsFiddle. There is documentation. Read it.
You asked about making a plugin. Before you make a plugin, you first need to get your code to work!
When you make a Fiddle, remove parts that don't demonstrate the problem. You have nonsense code trying to post to a non-existent parent.
If English is not your first language, use your own. We can use translation tools. It is hard to understand what you are asking.

Spelling matters when you use a plugin that expects keywords:
position: 'relaitve'
should be:
position: 'relative'
Maybe some day, computer languages and plugins will use AI to guess what you meant. For now, you need to pay more attention to details!
