I want to cancel or remove http://code.jquery.com/jquery-migrate-1.1.1.js in HTML

Help me. This is annoying, I always got an error when I access my site. There always show a warning in the console about Jquery Migrate and I really want to remove this. When I take a look at my HTML code, there was no jquery migrate so I confused of how to remove this.
Please help.

Scripts to not magically appear on a page. JQMIGRATE can be your friend, it shows you things you are doing wrong.
Share a link to the page that demonstrates the problem.

$(...).tabs is not a function means that you have a problem with UI, probably because you never loaded it, or loaded an extra jQuery core, thus hiding the UI code.

I tried every way and I'm still getting stuck.
This is my website www.hog-pictures.com
I loaded it and when I check the Inspect element (console), jquery-migrate is always shown.
I ever made it gone but it come again.

Find a different browser that has no crazy crazy browser plugins.

In any given browser, I might have added browser plugins. Some are well written, others not so much. What plugins / viruses do you have on whatever browser you first used?
I run 7 different browsers. I do a lot of debugging! I like all webkit browser best. (Chrome, Safari, Opera, Neon…)

I can only tell you what I see in the browser. Are you sure you are looking at the same page? Or do you generate different pages for different type devices?

I tried it in Chrome on MacOS, and I do not get the JQMIGRATE message, nor is jq-migrate loaded.

I do find where you load jQuery and jQuery UI, and you load them async. You shouldn't do that. jQuery MUST be loaded BEFORE jQuery UI, and that cannot be guaranteed if you load jQuery async. Remove the "async".

I see there is at least one more script that you load async. You cannot load a script async if some other script is dependent on it. And in any case, it is prudent to not monkey with "optimization" like async loading until everything works.

I was thinking the same thing as Jake. Do you have some code on your server that sends different content/scripts depending on the browser or device?

Give up on using async='async'. For that to work, you need a lot more code to get back in sync. It’s rarely worth it. Even though the nice people who made Page Speed tools tell you to.

Also, I see you have a bunch of <include> tags. They look like they are meant to load some files. These are not standard HTML, and should not be expected to do anything in the browser. (You CAN use nonexistent, meaningless tags. But it's not recommended.)
Maybe these are some directives for some server-side processing. If so, it doesn't seem to be being applied, but instead the tags are just being copied to the HTML output.

I've already update the code, now I delete async and make them to be inlined javascript.
So it become like this:

What about that?
Hmm, I'm so confused.
Is my PC or browser got a virus and malware?

Did the error message about .tabs() go away?
I would suggest not messing with "advanced" techniques at this point. It detracts from fixing your bugs. Get it to work first. Use normal script inclusion.
Do you still get the message from jquery-migrate? Did you clear your browser cache? Did you try on a different computer?

You have new error messages. Look at the Javascript console!
You did not load jQuery, and so jQuery UI could not hook-in to (non-existent) jQuery.

I have clear all cache and browsing data. But it still showing up. My HTML messed up since I put jquery-migrate. And I found sources from the internet that jquery-migrate-1.1.1.js is a malware.
My JavaScript sometimes error, and browser can't detect the changes of my code (also when I finished clearing browser caches).
I check this up on my phone, and it's getting worse.
JavaScript could be loaded after I reload the page. Do you know the problem? I nearly give up on this. I never done this before.

It's OK if I must reload the page to load JavaScript, but not for the visitor. They'll feel unconfortable by this problem. And I really couldn't change anything.

I don't know anything about jQuery Migrate 1.1.1 being malware. But if you didn't download it from the official source, who knows what you got?
But your page doesn't load it - at least for me!
I don't know what you mean "my HTML messed up since I put jquery-migrate". Now are you saying that you DID include it? If you did, I don't get it when I load your page.
If you WANT to use it, get the latest version, from the official source. Or just load it from the CDN.
Your jQuery and jQuery UI are pretty old, as well, but it will just introduce more variables to update it right now.
If the browser can't detect changes to your code, you need to fix your server caching headers.
It is a bad idea to mess with your live site on the fly!

I have updated my site, and that's what I'm talking about. It never been saved. But 'save' process is done.
In my site (now), there's none of async code applied.
But, I want to ask about the newer version of the JavaScript that I used. Should I change to another version? And what version that is correct / able to replace the older version?

Your site has NOT been updated. The async script loading is still there.
First, you need to figure out how to actually update your site. I'm afraid we can't help you with that. There are too many web hosts, too many web servers, and too many server software platforms for us to deal with that here.

You get the version of javaScript that the browser gives you. Use Chrome for a better later version than IE or Edge.

I've checked that out and there's no async in my site.
Hey, maybe 'expires header' is the problem. Cause I put .js .css etc to be expired in 7 days. Should I remove it?

STOP TRYING TO "OPTIMIZE"! Get it working correctly first!

And those <include> are not HTML. I don't know what it is. I guess it is some directive for your server, and they don't appear to be doing anything.
However, as I cleared my browser cache, this still is not the problem. Perhaps you have some server cache or proxy server set-up. If you do, disable it, until you know how to configure it correctly.
Start simple. Change a word on your page. See if it actually changes. Use another browser, on another computer. Go to an Internet Cafe or ask a friend if you have to.
I am guessing you have some proxy server, and when you access from your computer perhaps you bypass the proxy server, which might be why you see the changes, and nobody else does.
