Code sample please.

It seems that the rule in the css file (line 366 in custom) is missing the word "button" in the primary icon class:

1. .ui-button-text-icon .ui-icon-primary, .ui-button-text-icons .ui-icon-primary, .ui-button-icons-only .ui-icon-primary { left: .5em; }
   
   

should be:

1. .ui-button-text-icon .ui-button-icon-primary, .ui-button-text-icons .ui-button-icon-primary, .ui-button-icons-only .ui-button-icon-primary { left: .5em; }
