IE10 HTML <frameset> jquery 1.8.1 dev or mini getting access denied problem

We are using <HTML> <frame> tag in which we internally display a signature canvas dialog. This canvas is not able to capture signature and we see "Access Denied" java script error. This is tested only in IE10 which is our current required environment.

We are getting access denied exception in "selector.nodeType".

This is a major show stopper. Please advice.
