When setting up multiple internal pages, the first page has multiple footers written into it, the subsequent pages do not get the first page footer, but appear to get the subsequent page footers inserted. At least as far as three pages which is all I tested.

This also appears to be an issue with the assignment of the ui-footer-duplicate class though I am not sure if this is caused by the multiple footers being written per page or if it is a separate bug.
