No. The APIs does not support JSON-P or CORS.
I was not able to find the documentation for the API itself. Post a link.
Since it appears they do not support JSON-P or CORS, you should read their terms of service carefully and make sure you are in compliance. If they wanted/allowed access to the API from browsers, they would support either JSON-P or CORS.
In any case, if the above is true, then accessing the API from the browser is simply not possible.
It might be possible (without a service) using some hybrid mobile app platforms. But it might not be in compliance with their terms of service!
