Issue with usings two scripts on the same page

Hi,

jQuery is completely new to me, but I want to use these two scripst on the same site: I got the camera script to work just fine http://www.pixedelic.com/plugins/camera/, but as soon as I add the lightbox script http://leandrovieira.com/projects/jquery/lightbox/ they're both not working anymore.

I've figured out that the problem seems to the jquery source files. The camera script uses: jquery.min.js, but for the lightbox I need jquery.js and as soon as I add that nothing's working anymore.

Can anyone help me getting both scripts to work?

One jQuery for all plugins is the norm. Lightbox is pretty old, so I would use the one that you got with camera.

Or use jQuery.min.js from http://jquery.com (the latest)

Hi Jake,

thanks for the quick reply. What do you mean with using th one I got with camera?

I've already tried to leave out the jquery.js (as I already had jQuery.min.js in it), but then the lightbox doesn't work.

One jQuery before all other scripts. Like I said, that’s the norm.

I don’t know which versions you have, as the names were changed to not include versions.

For development you should use current 1.8.3 without min, for production, 1.8.3 with min.

Yaaaay! Got the lastest jquery Version and now it works! Thanks so much! :)
