Issues about publishing jQuery plugin

Hi i am working on a plugin that i want to publish jquery plugins directory.But i have little but annoying problem about it.Im sure im missing something simple but here is the problem ;
im getting error "bildirim.jquery.json has the following errors: Missing required field: licenses[0].url." So i checked several times but cant find the problem.I tested json file and there is no problem to get licenses[0].url when i convert to javascript object.
So here is my jquery.json file ;
