jQTouch.css body tag causing blank screen on startup

When I turn on the app on my iPod touch, I'm greeted with a black screen. When I opened jqtouch.css and commented out the following, the black screen was gone and I can see the content. However, I don't have the DIVs defined as page elements any more - the whole index.html scrolls throughout.
