Jquery and css3 mediaquery problem

Hi
I have a strange problem involving jquery/jquery-ui-accordion and css3 mediaquery. I have a site where the jquery works fine ( image swap, accordion and so on). But i have a mediaquery in my css and when the windows hits its size the jquery stop working.
All of it.. nothing works anymore.
I use jquery 3.1.1/jquery.min.js and query-ui-1.12.1.custom/jquery-ui.min.js from Googles CDN
Is it someone out there that can tell me what is going on? Why does the jquery stop working?
