JQuery Collapsing/Expanding Menu HELP PLEASE

Hi,

I am trying to use a JQuery Collapsing Menu (developed by Marco van Hylckama Vlieg) in a site I am working on, but I can not get it to work properly. I am totally stuck. I can not get it to expand. Is there any way you could check it out? I would really appreciate any advice.

A link to a work in progress. Layout is whacked, but hopefully you can see the menu.
