I cannot reach jquery.com and api.jquery.com
Strangely I can access forum.jquery.com (for now)
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/jquery.com replies that the site is up as does
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/api.jquery.com.
jquery.com and api.jquery.com resolves to 70.32.120.34
forum.jquery.com resolves to 74.201.154.141 (thats probably why I can access it)
So I'm being blocked, or more likely my ISP (PLDT in the Philippines) is being blocked or more unlike is blocking.
Is it possible to be unblocked or access a mirror site?
