Just come to jquery, and virtually every page is empty, and those that aren't have random text in them.
TO CLARIFY: I mean docs pages as a result of searches.

For example:

I see what you mean on those particular pages, but it seems like most pages are okay. The rich text editor page was last edited in April 2009, so it's been that way for a year. I think this was a user who created their own page before that ability was removed.
