Hello there,

 

I wanted to put up a thread to hopefully discuss the use of functions like animate in jQuery over different browsers.  I cannot find anything during a search but my observation is that jQuery animation seems to run smoothly in Internet Explorer but a little rough in the likes of Safari and Fire Fox.  In the past I have made things like content sliders, image sliders and simple menus for my clients but I have always noticed that the difference between browsers in terms of how that content is animated seems quite vast.

 

Has anyone else experienced this or?
