JQuery Cycle Trouble

Hey Guys! can you help me figure out why the slideshow is not working
The effect I am trying to achieve is : http://jquery.malsup.com/cycle/pager6.html & http://www.migreyes.com/work/threadless-loves/
My website is http://www.widerpurpose.com/tees
Also, why is it when I take out the "fancybox" javascript from the header and place it into an external .js file, the jquery doesn't work.???
