It's unlikely anybody will do all that. And very few here use ASP anyway. So, you have limited responses to those who use ASP, are equipped to set-up a test environment, and willing to do that. In other words, ~0.To replicate/Identify issue, you can extract attached files and host/configure in IIS and browse the default ASP file (i.e.DragDrop.asp). You will observe that when you drag and drop any item to upward/downward direction page doesn't scroll automatically.
