I'm using Internet Explorer 8. When I click on a post to read it, and then want to return to the last page, I'm having problems. There's no 'breadcrumbs' feature to allow me to easily back up. I tried just using the browser navigation, but clicking on the back button doesn't work properly. I have to click several times to get the navigation for this site to respond. This issue does not occur at other sites, so it's not just the browser.

Also, it would be nice if pressing 'Enter' after filling in a search term would start the search.

Bread crumbs are present above the topic title. Please try using them.

I tried in IE 8 and it functioned normally to me. Is it possible that you visited several posts and so kept navigating through history? Can you help us simulate the issue by specifying

OS configuration
URL where you started (in jQuery forums)
What topics you navigate to before you start experiencing wierd behavior in browser back button navigation

I noted this in a previous thread. The history gets loaded with TWO links to /wms/blank.html for evey page I navigate to. This page contains:

I'm still having trouble with the back button more than a year since this thread was posted. I use current stable Chrome on OS X 10.6.latest.

Massively annoying when I do a forum search (which is bad but another topic), click into a topic and then want to hit back to return to the search results.

If I drop down the back history I see tens of pages all with the title of the current page.

Why is this happening??
