[jQuery] JQuery UI BlockUI Plugin bug

http://www.malsup.com/jquery/block/jquery.blockUI.js?v2.15
When you invoke .block() on the same element multiple times, then you
get multiple layers.
Instead it should if this element is already blocked :-)
